Hamburger in Paradise

macpubliusIf you are a parrot-head, you probably know Jimmy Buffett’s song “Cheeseburger in Paradise” by heart as we do. Here at the Rusty Anchor we offer a “hamburger in paradise” and we contend that it is the best hamburger in Puerto Galera, quite possibly all of Mindoro. There is only one way to prove us wrong and that is for you to try it… we dare you!

The Rusty Anchor “Hamburger in Paradise” which we all agree is the best burger in Puerto Galera.

Now you can put cheese on it if you want to but I will tell you that John’s 1/3 lb., 100% USDA grade beef hamburger on a large Croissant bun, grilled and made to order with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard with a plate full of crispy real potato French Fries, is a darn good hamburger meal, without the cheese. But if cheese is your thing, we can do that for you too. We want you to be happy and satisfied!

This mouth-watering hamburger, when consumed with the right beverage at the picture window bar with unlimited view and fresh sea air, truly is a hamburger in paradise!

“A Hamburger is warm and fragrant and juicy. A hamburger is soft and nonthreatening. It personifies the Great Mother herself who has nourished us from the beginning. A hamburger is an icon of layered circles, the circle being at once the most spiritual and the most sensual of shapes. A hamburger is companionable and faintly erotic. The nipple of the Goddess, the bountiful belly-ball of Eve. You are what you think you eat.” –Tom Robbins
